When we are looking at the grand scheme of the intention that we are setting in life, the perceived failures are opportunities that lead us to fine-tuning our journey up the mountain. However, sometimes we get so stuck on focusing on what the failure made us feel emotionally (embarrassed, mad, stupid, etc.), and how we allow the negative emotions have more control over the intention rather than the intention having control of how we feel. So what do we do when we fall into this self-defeating pattern?
