Fear is something that every single person battles with at some time in their life. Today we are talking about how to take action in spite of your fears. Fear is a feeling of dread or apprehension that overcomes us when thinking about a decision or situation. Because it is a feeling, an emotion, it can be more challenging than a physical challenge.

Have you ever battled with thoughts of what might happen if you fail? Have you been paralyzed by fear because you’re worried about what other people might say? Are you fearful that other people are just waiting for you to fail? I’ve battled those thoughts, but I’ve also faced my fears. I’ve learned that by overcoming my fears, I’ve enjoyed some of the most rewarding times of my life. I’ve also made mistakes along the way, but those mistakes have made me better and stronger.
