Listen to the Full Interview:

Have you ever battled with thoughts of what might happen if you fail? Have you been paralyzed by fear because you’re worried about what other people might say? Are you fearful that other people are just waiting for you to fail? I’ve battled those thoughts, but I’ve also faced my fears. I’ve learned that by overcoming my fears, I’ve enjoyed some of the most rewarding times of my life. I’ve also made mistakes along the way, but those mistakes have made me better and stronger.

In this episode of My Time is Now, I’m going to help you overcome your fears by giving you practical ways to identify what is causing your fear. By pushing ourselves to move forward in spite of our fears, we allow ourselves to be part of a healthy cycle of learn, do, teach. We learn new things, do those things, and then teach others those things. In doing so, we never stop learning, and we never stop teaching. We not only make our lives better, we make the lives of those around us better too. Face your fears and push forward!
