When I was diagnosed with a disease that needed invasive surgery, I did my research and found other options. By doing my own research, I was able to identify what lifestyle changes I needed to make to keep my body in a healthier state. I was able to change my life to support my health. I was committed to not accepting what someone else said was my personal destiny when it was against my personal philosophy.
