This is our third F word to discuss: Forgiveness
This one is a tough one to take consistent action on.
Can you think of a time or occurrence where someone or some unforeseen circumstance has stirred up resentment/anger?

Forgiveness is huge. It can weigh you down or set you free. Are you holding onto resentment? How long ago did the event occur that lead up to the anger or hurt? Think of each layer of hurt and anger as links in a chain holding you back. As you add links and chains, the heavier you will feel. Suddenly, you wake up and you are stuck, you can’t move. You look around and can’t find a way out.
So where do you start? It’s easy to play the victim to someone else’s actions, but forgiveness has to come from within. Look at yourself first. Are you holding resentment from something you caused? Did you play a part in an event that you have not been able to let go? If you forgive yourself, you can start forgiving others. You have to experience forgiveness and love from within so you can set yourself free first.
A beautiful thing happens when you let it all go. Opportunities arise, your view of the world changes, and you are finally free. Those chains that have been weighing you down for days, months or years will break away and you will feel like a new person!
